Eliott Vallin, artiste-designer textile, est né en 1998 à l’est de Paris, France.
Paul Youenn, concept shaper, est né en 1997 à l’ouest Paris, France.
Tous deux diplômés de la Design Academy Eindhoven (Pays Bas), ils créent Adaptism, un laboratoire de design qui inclut design industriel, mode et objets de collection.
Les deux créateurs s’intéressent en premier lieu au matériau, puis à son patrimoine culturel, aux dernières méthodes de production et à son potentiel technique pour créer des pièces adaptables. Leur philosophie: embrasser le changement et honorer la matière.
Depuis 2020, Paul Youenn et Eliott Vallin ont notamment collaboré avec le Musée du Textile des Pays-Bas (Tapestry 270), avec Le Jacquard Français (Flax Linen) et avec les tanneries des plus grandes maisons de luxe françaises. Leur univers se développe à la fois autour du monde du luxe, du rap et des galeries. En 2022, le duo présente l’exposition Leftover au Consulat Voltaire.

Eliott Vallin, textile artist-designer, was born in 1998 in the east side of Paris, FR.
Paul Youenn, concept shaper, was born in 1997 in the west side of Paris, FR.
Both graduates of the Design Academy Eindhoven, NL, they created Adaptism, a design laboratory that includes industrial design, fashion and collectibles.
The two designers focus first on the material, then on its cultural heritage, the latest production methods and its technical potential to create adaptable pieces. Their philosophy: embrace change and honour the material.
Since 2020, Paul Youenn and Eliott Vallin have collaborated with the Dutch Textile Museum (Tapestry 270), with Le Jacquard Français (Flax Linen) and with the tanneries of the most famous French luxury houses. Their universe is developed around the world of luxury, rap and galleries. In 2022, they presented their first solo show «Leftover» at Le Consulat Voltaire.
